Account Information

• Name, email address, and phone number
• Password (encrypted, never stored in plain text)
• Building/condo address (optional)

Pet Information

• Name, species, breed, sex, age, size
• Pet photos
• Vaccination records, health conditions, medications
• Handling information, triggers, and training records
• Microchip number (optional)

Documents

• Photos of certificates, registration cards, and travel documents

How We Store Your Data

All data is stored securely on Supabase, a cloud-hosted PostgreSQL platform in Singapore (AWS ap-southeast-1 region).

• Passwords are hashed with bcrypt before storage
• Sessions use short-lived JWT tokens with secure refresh
• Files (photos, documents) are stored in Supabase Storage with encryption
• We do not store payment or credit card information

How We Use Your Data

• Pet profiles: to create and maintain your digital pet identity
• QR sharing: to generate QR codes that display the information you choose when scanned
• Found-pet contact: to enable the "Call Owner" button when someone finds your pet
• Account communication: email verification, password resets

We do not sell your data. We do not share your personal information with advertisers. Your pet data is only shared according to your privacy settings.

Your Controls

You control what others see at all times:

• Choose which information to share via each QR (tag vs app)
• Delete pets and all their data at any time
• Request a copy of all your data
• Permanently delete your account

PDPA Compliance

MyPawrtal operates under Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA), which protects your personal data and gives you the right to access, correct, and delete your information.
